OMG the love

I want one! I found this by clicking on an add for the site but alas there is not price tag or way to order it... just a way to become a reseller for it :(

Tablet PC's are too gimicky for me IMO. They do have their practical uses, just not for me.

Rob Williams 07-17-2005 07:03 PM

Yeah, I agree.

I think they are cool, but you'd really have to have a specific need.

madstork91 07-19-2005 01:44 PM

I found a AMD one for $1k...

trumps the intel ones in graphics too... May be the only AMD ive liked...

Rob Williams 07-19-2005 04:27 PM

$1,000 doesn't seem bad for a large PDA I guess.

Greg King 07-19-2005 04:28 PM

Very large.

madstork91 07-20-2005 11:05 AM

very large pda with a built in keyboard, touchpad, and dvd drive/burner...

Greg King 07-20-2005 01:28 PM

Oh the uses for it are endless.....

madstork91 07-20-2005 01:56 PM

Just saying that it is more than an over grown PDA... http://www.averatec.com/notebooks/C3500.htm

Rob Williams 07-20-2005 03:05 PM

Why don't people just buy laptops. WHY?!

1200 bucks for those specs? Your paying a premium for a feature that I know that I wouldn't use at all. If I did buy that it would be for no other reason than to say that I had it. If you will use it then go for it, it looks pretty cool but for those specs on any notebook other than a tablet, your going to pay 900 dollars max. I hope you dont think that I am trying to argue with you because I am not. Well, I am sort of but its a friendly argument, but I personally dont see any use in that PC....if you do then like I said, get it and show the bastard off. I am sure you would be one of the few at school with a nice tablet like that.

madstork91 07-20-2005 04:03 PM

I would like posted proof of such a notebook... And I mean store or manufacturer, not second hand eBay.

And na man its all in good fun. Unless you name is ASH and you work for ncSoft NA. GRRRRR!!!

They are all very similar to your tablet PC. I know one has a sempron, others have either less or equal RAM but they all are very similar minus the tablet option.
