I do not really have the time to reply as I would like but I have been told by Ageia that they are addressing the PCI-E issues and should have a response to it in the near future. I would be happy with a PCI-E 4x or something like that. I dont know if it would need the full bandwidth of a 16x slot but they do need to move away from PCI.
