Wow! This is like my anime cyberpunk wet dreams coming to life!

There was an older OVA that I watched that was similar to this in that people too cybernetic enhancements too far and went crazy, but they were never recruited to stop over people who did the same. Neat little twist.

This is sitting at #2 right behind Watch Dogs on my WANT list. Hopefully it sees the light of day.
