Default Urine-Powered Batteries?

Aqua Power System, from Japan, has unveiled the NoPoPo batteries that are rechargeable via liquid thatís injected into the battery chamber. Yes, it will run off your urine if thatís where you thought this was going to lead. But letís try and be mature about this. The rechargeable batteries come in AA and AAA and the basic principle behind the pee-powered NoPoPoís is that a mixture of magnesium and carbon reacts with the liquid you choose to inject, which in turn produces up to 500 mAh of life.

Yeah.. quite strange, but so intriguing at the same time.

Now that would take a while to charge up. Need a lot of beers, no doubt.

Whoa?! This is great. I might be going to Japan next summer, and I might have to pick some of those up. Anyone want me to get them some.
